The Powder Coat Line Associate role is onsite in Milford, OH. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The position supports manufacturing of Gunnebo security and safe storage solutions. The associate prepares, coats, and inspects metal components to meet finish and quality specifications. The role contributes to production quality and efficiency by operating coating equipment, monitoring process conditions, maintaining records, and following safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare metal parts through cleaning, masking, blasting, and pretreatment
• operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, ovens, and production equipment
• apply coatings to specifications
• inspect finish quality and measure coating thickness
• load and unload materials
• perform color changes and clean equipment
• monitor process parameters
• troubleshoot defects
• maintain production and quality records
• perform routine preventive maintenance
• follow environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
