What you'll do

• Oversee daily location operations
• conduct safety inspections and briefings and follow up on incidents
• manage staffing, schedules, workflow, and team performance
• oversee equipment, supplies, and inventory
• serve as primary client liaison
• monitor quality and contractual obligations
• manage location profit and loss, revenue, expenses, and labor costs
• promote and upsell services
• maintain operational reports and records.
