What you'll do
- Assist eligible individuals with applications for supportive employment services
- conduct pre-employment assessments and employment outreach
- provide individualized employment planning, job development and placement, career advancement connections, employer negotiation, job analysis and coaching, benefits education, transportation for employment-related tasks, and asset development
- connect participants with community resources
- maintain employer relationships and program documentation
- provide outreach and follow client-care and confidentiality standards.
