Senior Sales Engineer – Custom Automation and Machine Building

The role conducts onsite discovery, develops preliminary layouts with clients, qualifies and manages the pipeline, and coordinates with engineers and the founder to advance suitable projects.

What you'll do

• Convert qualified meetings into client relationships
• represent the company at 3–8 trade shows annually
• travel to client facilities
• lead roadmap and assessment engagements
• understand manufacturing needs and develop preliminary 2D concepts
• qualify leads using BANT+S
• maintain HubSpot deal records
• close paid scoping engagements or appropriately scoped machine builds
• coordinate with engineers and the founder on complex builds and strategic expansions.
