What you'll do

• Lead assigned projects and oversee quality assurance, safety, financial performance, and owner satisfaction
• manage budgets, schedules, contracts, plans, and specifications in Procore
• prepare monthly cost projections and progress reports
• review and approve field cost expenditures
• manage change orders, subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, pay requests, and warranties
• partner with preconstruction on estimating, value engineering, constructability, and proposals
• develop trade partner and supplier scopes
• maintain project schedule, safety, and quality standards
• supervise project staff, trade partners, and vendors
• manage punch lists and closeout
• maintain client and project stakeholder communication.
