What you'll do

• Independently evaluate, investigate, document, and close complex medical-device complaints
• review complaint files for compliance, accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
• support vigilance and adverse-event reporting, reportability assessments, CAPA, risk management, and signal detection
• analyze complaint and surveillance datasets
• develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
• use SQL and analytical tools to validate and interpret data
• author and revise procedures and training materials
• guide complaint teams
• and support inspections, audits, management reviews, and health-authority inquiries.
