The Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) role is field-based in Miami, FL. Compensation is 100% commission with uncapped earning potential and no fixed base salary. The MLO develops mortgage opportunities and referral relationships, identifies borrowers’ financing needs, and guides clients through origination. The role maintains a pipeline and coordinates with processing and operations resources to support successful closings while following licensing and compliance requirements.
