What you'll do

• Review leads, advertising budgets, sales pipeline, contracts, starts, warranty matters, settlements, projections, and challenges
• conduct job inspections, final review meetings, plan reviews, and EPO reviews
• recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise employees, subcontractors, and vendors
• negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• review overhead and profit-and-loss results
• address customer concerns and communicate resolutions
• provide weekly updates to the Division President.
