What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• follow site access-control procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate
• monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect badges, and maintain logs
• respond to alarms, unauthorized entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, parking areas, and the perimeter
• communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership
• document incidents, observations, and policy violations.
