Legislative Executive Assistant

The Legislative Executive Assistant role is hybrid in Sacramento, CA, with a base salary range of $55,000–$80,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage lobbyists’ calendars for hearings, bill tracking, travel, conferences, meetings, and calls
• prepare client communications and position letters
• support time entry, prebills, engagement letters, billing, contracts, and client information sheets
• arrange travel and expense reimbursements
• prepare quarterly lobbyist reports and client folders
• coordinate fundraisers and client Lobby Days.
