What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from development through settlement and resolution under attorney supervision
• lead negotiations with third-party liability and first-party UIM adjusters
• assist with case valuation, demand strategy, and negotiation planning
• draft and proofread demand letters and supporting materials
• maintain client communication
• negotiate PIP lien waivers, reductions, and other medical liens
• analyze medical records and billing
• mentor legal assistants
• handle case-related escalations and workflow decisions
• maintain and improve systems using Clio and other client-management tools.
