What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy, group treatment, and family interventions
• complete co-occurring assessments
• offer assertive outreach and connect clients with community services
• help clients set goals and recognize symptom warning signs
• coordinate treatment approaches and program transfers
• collaborate with team members on clinical interventions and crises
• document services.
