Job overview
The Rework Technician, PCBA role is onsite in Durham, NC. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour. The technician reports to the Manufacturing Manager. The role repairs printed circuit board assemblies and components according to the daily work schedule and work orders. Accurate material validation and documentation help manufacturing work proceed in line with required procedures and instructions.

- Review the daily work schedule with the manufacturing supervisor
- repair PCBs according to the schedule
- validate materials and work-order documentation
- train new hires on standard operating procedures and other procedures as needed
