What you'll do

• Perform check-in and check-out
• manage online and phone reservations and guest check-ins
• explain payment methods and verify credit card information
• register guests and assign rooms
• provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
• respond to complaints
• coordinate with housekeeping
• upsell facilities and services when appropriate
• maintain booking and payment records.
