Lead Project Engineer — Aircraft

The Lead Project Engineer — Aircraft role is onsite in Waco, TX; compensation is not specified. Relocation assistance is provided. The engineer leads technical program execution to meet requirements for performance, cost, and schedule. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, manages program risks and status, and serves as a key technical interface with customers throughout the program lifecycle.

• Plan and execute program activities
• document and approve program plans

• coordinate with customers and senior leadership
• lead cross-functional engineering teams in program execution and proposals
• resolve design and integration challenges
• track engineering performance, cost, and schedule
• ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and safety standards
• travel as needed for meetings, site evaluations, and test events.
