What you'll do

• Complete patient rooming and discharge procedures
• obtain and record vital signs, histories, and forms
• reconcile medications
• ensure labs are completed and collaborate on same-day lab orders
• arrange off-site procedures
• schedule follow-up and lab appointments
• provide provider-directed education materials and review after-visit summaries
• document and maintain confidential records
• prepare charts and lab orders
• clean and stock exam rooms
• report supply shortages and safety concerns
• float to clinics and outreach locations as needed.
