The Director, Search & Evaluation Early TA Lead (Haem) is an onsite role based in Waltham, MA. This position supports CSL's R&D organization by leading strategic sourcing and evaluation of external innovation opportunities in the Haematology therapeutic area. This role exists to identify and advance high-potential assets from preclinical through Phase 1 clinical stages. The lead will shape early partnering strategies and drive transactions in collaboration with Business Development to ensure CSL maintains a competitive advantage.
