What you'll do

• Prepare market-ready units with basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed
• communicate with residents, coworkers, and management
• support a team approach to resident service
• remove snow
• assist with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings.
