The role combines transactional tax analysis, client counseling, drafting, and collaboration with other practice groups to support clients’ investment structures and transactions.

What you'll do

• Advise fund sponsors and investors on tax matters
• counsel clients on formation and structuring of investment funds, including venture capital and private equity funds
• advise on tax aspects of primary and secondary investments
• provide tax guidance on joint ventures and related structures
• analyze federal, state, and international tax considerations
• work with clients and other advisors to resolve tax issues
• manage concurrent matters and deadlines
• collaborate with corporate and private equity attorneys
• maintain client relationships.
