What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the master nursing schedule
• prepare daily matrix sheets and work to fill staffing needs
• communicate with staffing agencies as needed
• track attendance and ensure coverage and make-up weekends are scheduled
• maintain vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, holiday, and absence records
• coordinate training classes with the Director of Nursing
• maintain float and mandating lists
• follow union guidelines
• keep within the nursing budget.
