The Direct Support Professional role is an onsite, part-time position based in Independence, MO; pay is $17 per hour. Phoenix Home Care and Hospice supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and hygiene, meal preparation and cleanup, light housekeeping, and laundry
• provide companionship and encouragement
• and accompany individuals to appointments, errands, or community activities. The role requires at least one weekend per month and a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
