What you'll do

• Engage residents in activities that reinforce individual service plan goals
• provide transportation and supervision as directed
• record daily activities and needs
• assist with hygiene, grooming, exercises, and physical care
• inspect the home for safety
• conduct emergency drills as directed
• prepare meals
• clean and sanitize
• follow applicable rules and confidentiality policies
• protect residents’ rights.
