What you'll do

• Manage, train, coach, and mentor program teams
• conduct timely program reviews and routine reporting
• ensure programs launch on time and meet deliverables
• meet profitability and capital targets
• monitor timing, quality, technical, and financial risks
• assess post-launch profitability and report gaps
• represent customer needs across departments
• provide team leadership and technical support
• analyze and mitigate risks
• escalate unresolved issues.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, at least six years of program management experience, and U.S. citizenship under ITAR compliance. PMP certification and product development experience may be advantageous.
