The Adult Mental Health Therapist role is an onsite position in Everett, WA. Pay is $68,000–$75,000 per year, depending on licensure and experience. Therapeutic Health Services provides behavioral health treatment and services, including support for adults and families facing mental health and substance use disorders. The therapist provides outpatient clinical care and contributes to participants’ treatment and recovery through individual and group therapy, brief interventions, evaluation, and care coordination. The role works with a multidisciplinary clinical team and maintains timely, accurate documentation and treatment plans.

What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, brief intervention, ongoing evaluation, and care coordination
• develop and review treatment plans collaboratively with participants
• complete clinical documentation
• provide advocacy, support, referrals, and wrap-around services
• participate in clinical supervision and consult with other providers
• attend training
• represent THS with community members and external organizations.

Why this role

A master’s degree in a social service field, a Washington State DOH credential permitting mental health counseling and assessment, and at least one year of behavioral health experience are required. Travel within the THS service area is required.
