What you'll do

• Oversee payroll processing for multiple locations
• ensure compliance with labor laws, tax withholdings, wage orders, garnishments, and year-end reporting
• maintain Paylocity or UKG systems
• audit transactions
• reconcile and prepare reports
• oversee W-2 processing
• approve payroll and employee changes
• train payroll staff
• resolve discrepancies
• collaborate with Finance and HR
• monitor payroll for fraud, abuse, and waste
• coordinate external audits
• answer payroll questions
• maintain benefit partner records and system updates.

Why this role
