Skilled Caregiver — Terrell Hills

What you'll do

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations
• assist with personal hygiene, meals, mobility, transfers, and other daily living needs
• provide light housekeeping and laundry
• give medication reminders
• follow infection-control practices and the agency’s plan of care
• document services
• observe and report changes
• and communicate with the patient, family, and agency personnel.
