What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and assistive-device use
• measure and document vital signs and basic health observations as directed
• perform care-related light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and meal preparation
• assist with meal service and feeding
• provide companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes in condition and safety concerns
• complete documentation and follow care plans, infection-control, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
