Area Director of Revenue Management

What you'll do

• Control room rates and availability within established guidelines
• develop and implement sales, business-mix, channel, pricing, and reservation strategies
• lead weekly revenue management meetings
• prepare forecasts and weekly and monthly critiques
• analyze booking trends, pickup, no-shows, and business sources
• monitor rate tiers, market-segment pace, GDS, inventory, and results
• coordinate action plans with departments
• build internal and external relationships
• interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates.
