What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts
• interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD outputs
• monitor operations and adjust tools, offsets, and parameters
• perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• collaborate to refine setups, changeovers, and throughput
• follow safety and quality procedures
• record production metrics and completed work.
