What you'll do

• conduct management meetings and coordinate with other departments
• manage the program to budget
• maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• participate in facility meetings and committees
• conduct quality assurance rounds and inspections
• report monthly initiatives, goals, and accomplishments
• monitor resident satisfaction and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary food service operation.
