What you'll do

• Lead a portfolio of large commercial mechanical projects, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal work. Manage budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margin
• lead buyout, procurement, and subcontract negotiations. Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims. Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
• coordinate MEP work using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• champion jobsite safety and quality.
