What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and create individualized care plans
• coordinate care planning and delivery
• monitor nursing interventions and update plans
• provide direct nursing care including IV administration and PICC line care
• document care and medications
• uphold safety, HIPAA, and infection-control standards
• supervise and support nursing staff.
