The Chaplain role is an onsite, full-time position in Allentown, PA, scheduled 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pay is $24–$26 per hour, based on applicable experience, education, training, and credentials. Country Meadows serves older adults and emphasizes spiritual well-being as part of whole-person care. The Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to residents, families, and coworkers through pastoral care, worship, programming, and attentive listening. The role helps residents maintain faith connections and supports meaning, purpose, and well-being across the campus community.

What you'll do

• Provide pastoral care, spiritual guidance, visitation, and individualized support
• support residents and families through health changes, transitions, end-of-life needs, and bereavement
• lead weekly ecumenical worship and other spiritual gatherings
• coordinate with local clergy and faith communities
• develop spiritual-life programming
• advocate for residents’ spiritual, emotional, cultural, and religious needs
• support coworkers
• coordinate services and volunteers.
