What you'll do

• Process applications, certifications, and recertifications under HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing program requirements
• maintain resident files and waiting lists
• coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and documentation
• prepare compliance reports
• support audits
• respond to resident questions
• maintain property management records
• collaborate with property management and maintenance teams.

Why this role
