The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Montgomery, AL. Pay is $41–$42 per hour. The technician supports equipment reliability and continuous improvement at a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. The role troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems to keep production lines operating and reduce downtime. Preventive maintenance, accurate records, and collaboration with operations and engineering support safe and reliable production.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated equipment
• perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• diagnose failures using schematics and PLC logic
• respond to breakdowns
• maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging, filling, bottling, canning, and process equipment
• assist with equipment installation and commissioning
• document work orders and maintenance activities
• conduct root-cause analysis
• follow safety, environmental, food and beverage, and lockout/tagout procedures.
