What you'll do

• Inspect units and public spaces
• ensure supplies, technology, and building systems function
• complete routine repairs such as fixing broken items, installing furnishings, replacing hardware, repairing drywall, and painting
• identify and execute cost-effective improvements
• and collaborate with Kasa teams and external partners. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• emergency calls may occur when available, with compensation described in the posting.
