Dietary Aide — Foodservice Operations

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ. Pay is $18.35 per hour. Powerlink provides integrated services to long-term care and senior living facilities, and this position is part of its Foodservice Operations team. The aide supports food preparation and production, inventory control, kitchen safety, sanitation, and therapeutic and modified-texture diets. The role also assists dietary cooks and maintains a clean, safe work area through general cleaning and sanitation duties.

What you'll do

• Support food preparation and production control
• assist with inventory control, kitchen safety, sanitation, equipment use, food safety, recipe adherence, therapeutic diets, and modified-texture foods and liquids
• assist dietary cooks as needed
• sweep, mop, wash dishes, take out trash, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
