Head Chef - Food Service

Responsible for overseeing all food operations for the kitchen, including planning, preparation, production, food quality, food presentation, and catering functions. Responsible for developing menus and standardizing recipes, monitoring and forecasting food and labor budget, inventory control, report generation, and department management. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, while fostering a positive
