What you'll do

• Develop and maintain facility projects, including work orders, maintenance, and repairs
• coordinate and monitor project progress
• collaborate with facilities staff, vendors, and stakeholders
• report facility activities to management
• manage project documents, invoices, agreements, and work orders
• help identify facility improvements and resolve related problems
• assist with business development activities as directed.
