What you'll do

• Lead the Business Development Operations center and teams producing federal market surveys, white papers, and proposals

• prepare technical briefings, reports, manuals, and marketing materials
• manage concurrent tasks and administrative tracking
• supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate team employees.
