What you'll do

• Prepare and plate meals according to meal tickets, portion requirements, menus, and residents’ meal plans
• prepare beverages and cold foods
• deliver food carts and requested nourishment
• maintain kitchen sanitation by washing dishes, cleaning equipment and storage areas, and handling garbage and recyclables
• respond to resident requests
• monitor cooler temperatures and rotate inventory.
