Part-Time Caregiver — 20 Guaranteed Hours

The Part-Time Caregiver position is onsite in a client’s home in the Darien/Woodridge area, with pay of $20–$23 per hour and 20 guaranteed hours per week. The role provides one-on-one in-home support to a client in the local community. The caregiver helps the client remain safe, comfortable, and independent through companionship and assistance with daily routines, light housekeeping, meals, medication reminders, and light mobility or transfers. The schedule includes weekday afternoon hours and weekend morning hours, with an option to alternate weekends.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and conversation
• assist with light morning or evening care, dressing, and grooming
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
• prepare meals according to client preferences
• provide medication reminders and assistance with light mobility or transfers.
