Civil Estimator — Site Development

What you'll do

• Review civil plans, specifications, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, storm drainage, paving, and other sitework
• develop material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• solicit and compare pricing
• prepare bids and proposals
• identify risks, exclusions, and opportunities
• coordinate with project managers and operations
• maintain estimating documentation and relationships with project partners
• track upcoming projects and pursue new work.
