What you'll do

• Sort and wash dishware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
• follow dish machine and sink procedures
• perform sanitation and housekeeping tasks
• stock and rotate supplies
• dispose of trash
• check and clean restrooms
• clear and reset tables and clean dining areas
• assist with deliveries and other restaurant tasks as assigned
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
