What you'll do

• Manage center profit and loss, revenue, expenses, labor, materials, and accounts receivable
• achieve operating plans and key performance indicators
• review scorecards and implement corrective actions
• hire, train, coach, and develop teammates
• lead repair workflow and production
• maintain repair quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• address customer concerns
• build relationships with customers, insurers, dealerships, vendors, and referral partners
• coordinate with regional and support teams.
