What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate the studio team toward membership sales goals
• conduct consultations, demonstrations, and follow-ups
• contact outbound leads
• build client relationships and conduct check-ins
• identify at-risk members and support retention
• pre-book sessions
• oversee daily studio operations
• manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance
• monitor KPIs and financial accountability
• maintain records and ensure protocols and standards are followed.
