What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical teams
• develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies
• screen candidates and conduct initial phone screens
• manage ATS requisitions and candidate records
• coordinate interviews and onboarding
• track recruiting metrics
• manage staffing agencies
• oversee affirmative action requirements and filings
• advise department heads on organizational design, succession planning, and performance management
• audit HR workflows
• support employee relations, policy implementation, benefits renewals, compensation benchmarking, and HR projects.
