What you'll do

• Perform second-stage prescription verification before fulfillment
• follow federal, state, and local regulations, including DEA and FDA guidelines
• maintain accurate records
• identify and resolve prescription discrepancies
• collaborate with pharmacy technicians, first-stage pharmacists, and fulfillment staff
• monitor productivity metrics
• troubleshoot processing, system, or workflow issues
• provide end-of-shift updates.
