The Male Caregiver, Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant role is an onsite, full-time position in Indianapolis, IN, paying $15–$17 per hour. Right At Home Indianapolis West provides in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their communities. The caregiver assists clients with activities of daily living and household tasks, supports mobility and meals, and performs certain nurse-taught activities for specific clients. The role helps clients receive practical, respectful support at home and requires a valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation or other adequate transportation.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and household chores
• prepare meals
• assist with mobility devices and prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• perform nurse-taught activities for specific clients, such as taking vital signs or measuring intake and output
• travel between clients as needed.
