What you'll do

• Maintain inventory through daily and weekly inspections
• manage cash control, count cash at shift changes and closing, prepare bank deposits, and review invoices
• track waste
• conduct table visits
• direct and coach team members to provide accurate, fast, friendly service
• monitor speed of service and product quality
• train team members on station processes
• review restaurant results and uphold operational and brand standards. Higher levels may include independently running shifts, managing food orders and costs, adjusting staffing, and mentoring junior shift managers.
